Jimbo's BMI is 25.1. He falls under the "Overweight" category according to his BMI.

Next. He should develop his physical endurance, stamina and reaction time.
He should train up his physical endurance so as to last the 2.4KM run with at least a passing grade and slowly improvise. As for his stamina, he should develop it as he needs it for his speed and the constant pace for running. Last but not least, his reaction time. It is very important for the shuttle run as the starting determines his overall timing. For this, he really has to pay very close attention as to when the whistle goes so that he does not waste time for a late start.

his bmi was 25.14 which is slightly overweight.
He should work on his cardiovascular endurance and his flexibility as his sit and reach results are poor as he is not flexible. He is also a weak atelete as the 2.4km run was slow, so he must improve on his cardiovascular endurance .
